Delete Your Account

You can request permanent deletion of your LoopCall account and all associated data at any time. Follow the steps below.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the LoopCall app on your Android device.
  2. Tap the Settings icon (⚙) in the top-right corner of the home screen.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.
  4. Your account and all associated data will be permanently and immediately deleted.

If you no longer have access to the app, email us at loopcall@loopcall.app with the subject line "Delete My Account" and include the email address associated with your account.

What gets deleted

  • Your email address and account credentials
  • Your phone number and carrier information
  • All call recordings and AI transcriptions
  • Your balance, usage history, and preferences
  • Your consent and activity records

Anonymized, aggregated statistics (e.g., total calls intercepted) that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for product analytics.
