Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 22, 2026 (v2)
This Privacy Policy describes how GlowHome Cleaning Corp ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your personal data when you use the LoopCall app.
1. Who We Are
GlowHome Cleaning Corp is the US-registered legal entity (EIN holder) responsible for the LoopCall app. LoopWare is the technology division of GlowHome Cleaning Corp, responsible for developing and operating LoopCall.
When you interact with the LoopCall app — regardless of whether you downloaded it from the Google Play Store (listed as LoopWare) or the Apple App Store (listed as LoopCall by LoopWare, developer GlowHome Cleaning Corp) — GlowHome Cleaning Corp is the data controller responsible for your personal information.
2. Data We Collect
- Phone number — required to set up call forwarding and identify your screened calls.
- Email address — used to create and manage your account.
- Call recordings — audio of calls routed through our screening system. A verbal notice is played to callers before recording begins, as required by applicable state recording laws. Recordings are accessible only through your authenticated account via time-limited links and deleted automatically after 7 days, unless you choose to share them.
- Call transcriptions — created only when you explicitly request them. The audio is processed by Groq (Whisper API) and the result is stored in your account.
- Caller phone numbers — the phone numbers of callers routed through your screening system are logged and may be aggregated across LoopCall users to build a community spam database. Individual caller numbers are never publicly displayed; only aggregate risk signals (e.g., "reported by X users") are surfaced in the app.
- Carrier information — detected via Twilio Lookup to provide correct call forwarding setup instructions.
- Push notification token — used to send you notifications about screened calls and account events.
- App usage data — anonymized crash reports and performance metrics via Firebase Crashlytics, used to fix bugs and improve the app.
- Device identifiers — device model, operating system version, and app version collected automatically by Firebase Crashlytics for crash diagnosis.
- IP address — logged in access records for security auditing and fraud prevention. Retained for up to 90 days.
- Balance and usage data — your screening time balance (welcome credit, ad-earned credit, and purchased plans), ad-watching history, and total calls intercepted are stored to operate the service.
- Purchase history — subscription and in-app purchase data managed through RevenueCat. We store purchase tokens and plan identifiers internally to credit your account.
- Call metadata — per-call data including call duration, timestamp, risk signals (STIR/SHAKEN attestation level, Nomorobo score), and the screening mode used.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To operate the call screening service.
- To store and deliver your call recordings and transcriptions.
- To send push notifications about screened calls and account events.
- To detect spam callers using automated audio analysis, STIR/SHAKEN attestation, the Nomorobo database, and community-reported data.
- To build and improve a shared community spam database that benefits all LoopCall users.
- To process subscription payments and manage your time balance.
- To serve in-app advertisements (via Google AdMob) to users on the free tier.
- To fix bugs and improve the app.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the app. Each processes only the data necessary to perform its function:
- Twilio — call routing, recording storage, and carrier lookup. Receives the caller's phone number, your phone number, and call audio for every screened call. Privacy Policy
- Groq — call transcription (Whisper API). Audio is transmitted to Groq only when you explicitly request a transcription. Privacy Policy
- Nomorobo — real-time robocall detection. The caller's phone number is sent to Nomorobo automatically for every call intercepted by LoopCall. Privacy Policy
- Firebase (Google) — account authentication, real-time database, push notifications, and crash reporting. Privacy Policy
- Google Sign-In — optional sign-in method. If used, Google receives your authentication request and returns a verified identity token to Firebase Auth. Privacy Policy
- Google AdMob — in-app advertising for free-tier users. AdMob collects the Google Advertising ID (GAID) and may use it to serve personalized ads across other apps and websites (cross-app tracking). On Android, you can reset or opt out of the Advertising ID at Settings → Google → Ads. On iOS, you will be prompted for tracking permission before any personalized ads are shown (App Tracking Transparency). Privacy Policy · Opt out of personalized ads
- RevenueCat — subscription and in-app purchase management. Receives your app user ID and purchase tokens to validate and credit purchases. Privacy Policy
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
5. Call Recordings
Recordings are stored securely on Twilio's servers and accessible only through your authenticated LoopCall account via time-limited signed links. They are automatically deleted 7 days after the call. You can also delete any recording manually at any time from the app.
LoopCall plays a verbal notice to callers before recording begins. This notice is required by two-party consent states (such as California, Florida, and Illinois) and serves as the legal basis for recording under those states' wiretapping laws. You are responsible for ensuring your use of LoopCall complies with the recording laws applicable in your state.
If you choose to share a recording, you generate a time-limited link that expires after 24 hours. Once shared, you are responsible for how that link is distributed.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
- Call recordings are deleted after 7 days.
- IP address logs are retained for up to 90 days.
- All other account data (call history, transcriptions, balance, profile) is retained until you delete your account.
- Deleting your account permanently removes all recordings, transcriptions, call history, and personal data from our servers. Aggregate community spam data derived from your calls (e.g., a caller's risk score) may be retained as it no longer identifies you.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account in the app.
7. Children's Privacy
LoopCall is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, contact us at loopcall@loopcall.app and we will delete it promptly.
8. Security
We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, Firebase Security Rules to restrict database access to authenticated users only, time-limited signed URLs for all recording playback, and Firebase App Check to prevent unauthorized API access. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
10. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
- Right to Know — You may request a full copy of the personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the purposes for which it is used, and the third parties with whom it is shared.
- Right to Data Portability — You may request your personal data in a portable, machine-readable format.
- Right to Delete — You may request deletion of your personal information. You can do this directly in the app via Settings → Delete Account, or by emailing us.
- Right to Non-Discrimination — We will not deny service, charge different prices, or provide a lower quality of service because you exercised your CCPA rights.
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale — We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we have not done so in the past 12 months.
To exercise your rights, contact us at loopcall@loopcall.app. We will respond within 45 days as required by law.
