Terms of Service

By downloading or using LoopCall, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the app. Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1. Who We Are

LoopCall is a mobile application developed and operated by LoopWare, the technology division of GlowHome Cleaning Corp.

GlowHome Cleaning Corp is a US-registered company with a valid Employer Identification Number (EIN). It is the legal entity that owns all intellectual property, holds all developer accounts, and is responsible for all contractual and legal obligations related to LoopCall.

LoopWare is the technology arm of GlowHome Cleaning Corp, responsible for developing and distributing LoopCall.

Throughout these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to GlowHome Cleaning Corp. "You" refers to the user of the LoopCall app.

2. How We Appear on App Stores

Developer accounts on both platforms are maintained under GlowHome Cleaning Corp:

• Google Play Store: LoopCall is published under the developer name LoopWare.
• Apple App Store: LoopCall is published as "LoopCall by LoopWare". GlowHome Cleaning Corp appears as the registered developer.

If you see "GlowHome Cleaning Corp" on the Apple App Store, "LoopWare" on the Google Play Store, or "LoopCall" as the app name — these all refer to the same product and the same company.

3. Emergency Services

LoopCall is not a telephone service and cannot be used to contact emergency services (911). Always use your regular phone to call 911.

4. Eligibility and Device Permissions

You must be at least 13 years old and have a valid US phone number. The Service is only available in the United States. If you are under 18, you must have parental or legal guardian consent before making any paid purchase through the app.

For the app to function, receive call alerts, and update service status, you must grant notification and network connectivity permissions on your device.

5. Call Screening, Recording, and Community Data

All calls routed through LoopCall are recorded. A verbal notice is played to callers before recording begins. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal and state recording and wiretapping laws in the jurisdictions where you and your callers are located. Many states require the consent of all parties to a call before it may be recorded (two-party consent states). We are not responsible for any legal liability arising from your use of call recordings.

LoopCall offers three interception modes, which you can configure in the app:

• Loop Mode: An AI voice engages the caller in a looping conversation while the call is recorded. The AI responds to the caller's audio, keeping automated dialers and scammers engaged and wasting their time.
• Voicemail Mode: Callers hear a brief message and are prompted to state their name and reason for calling before leaving a voicemail. The recording is stored in your call history.
• Auto Mode: The app automatically selects Loop Mode or Voicemail Mode based on real-time spam scoring. Callers flagged as likely robocalls are routed to Loop Mode; others are offered voicemail.

In all modes, a verbal notice is played to the caller before any recording begins.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that the phone numbers of callers routed through your account may be aggregated with data from other LoopCall users to build a community spam detection database. This data is used to improve spam detection for all users and does not identify you individually.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

LoopCall offers the following plans:

• Free: 10 welcome minutes (30-day expiry). Earn additional minutes by watching rewarded ads (subject to a daily limit).
• Weekly ($1.99/week): 50 screening minutes per 7-day period.
• Monthly ($3.99/month): 120 screening minutes per 30-day period.
• Annual ($24.99/year): 1,800 screening minutes per 365-day period.
• Power ($4.99/week): Unlimited screening minutes per 7-day period.
• Minutes Top-Up ($0.99, one-time): 60 additional screening minutes valid for 30 days. This discounted price is exclusively available to users who have already purchased the Premium one-time plan. Non-Premium users must purchase the Premium plan first to unlock this price.
• Premium ($5.99, one-time): 60 screening minutes plus permanent Premium status, valid for 30 days of initial balance. Unlocks the discounted Minutes Top-Up price for future purchases.

All purchases are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and are subject to their respective billing terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store account settings.

Purchased minutes expire at the end of their respective billing period and do not roll over. Unused minutes have no cash value. Refund requests must be submitted directly to the applicable App Store, as we do not process refunds directly.

7. Account Deletion

You may request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time directly from Settings → Delete Account in the app, or by contacting us at loopcall@loopcall.app. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account.

8. Intellectual Property

The LoopCall app, including its name, logo, design, software, and all content, is owned by GlowHome Cleaning Corp and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the app.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm any person.
• Share call recordings in violation of applicable law.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or bans.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit any part of the Service.
• Use the Service in a manner that violates any applicable federal, state, or local law, including wiretapping and recording consent laws.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if required to do so by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any purchased time or subscription fees.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CALLS THAT ARE NOT INTERCEPTED DUE TO CARRIER LIMITATIONS, NETWORK ISSUES, OR OTHER FACTORS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GLOWHOME CLEANING CORP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR PERSONAL INJURY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GlowHome Cleaning Corp and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law, including recording consent laws; or (d) your infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to contact us at loopcall@loopcall.app and provide us with a written description of the dispute and your proposed resolution. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

16. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Twilio, Firebase, Groq, Nomorobo, RevenueCat, and Google AdMob. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party service.

17. Apple App Store

If you downloaded LoopCall through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

• This agreement is solely between you and GlowHome Cleaning Corp. Apple is not a party to this agreement and has no obligation under it.
• Apple has no obligation to provide warranty, maintenance, technical support, or any other services related to LoopCall.
• Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, legal compliance claims, or consumer protection claims. All such claims are the sole responsibility of GlowHome Cleaning Corp.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and, upon your acceptance of these Terms, will have the right to enforce this agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.
• The developer of record on the Apple App Store is GlowHome Cleaning Corp, the parent company of LoopWare, which develops and operates LoopCall.

18. Google Play Store

If you downloaded LoopCall through the Google Play Store, you acknowledge that:

• This agreement is solely between you and GlowHome Cleaning Corp. Google is not a party to this agreement and has no obligation under it.
• Google has no obligation to provide warranty, maintenance, technical support, or any other services related to LoopCall.
• Google is not responsible for any claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, legal compliance claims, or consumer protection claims. All such claims are the sole responsibility of GlowHome Cleaning Corp.
• Your use of the app is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

19. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GlowHome Cleaning Corp regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
